
Tristan Smith, Esq.
Founder and Principal
Tristan Smith is the founder of and principal attorney at Lynn Legal Associates. Tristan graduated summa cum laude from Salem State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science. He earned his juris doctor from Suffolk University Law School. He began practicing law in 2024.
Prior to his legal career, Tristan worked in academia, as a substitute teacher and an adjunct professor. During his time in law school, Tristan taught constitutional law in Boston Public Schools as part of the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project.
Tristan seeks to serve individuals across the North Shore as a lawyer for the community. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
Besides his legal interests, Tristan has coached cross country and track and field at the middle and high school level for the past nine years. He is also the co-founder and President of All Lynn Track and Field, a 501(c)3 nonprofit dedicated to providing city championship meets and scholarships to Lynn high school track and field and cross country athletes.
